Refund policy

We offer a shopping service. The ordered items will be purchased immediately upon order. Pickup may take up to 15 working days. Please take this into account. Cancellations are therefore not possible. The items on the webshop are not in stock. We only offer a service, not items that are in stock. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

What date will we provide for the shopping service?
We will announce the exact date on our Facebook page

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount in coupons back. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
